This will depend on your location. Some jurisdictions do require the end-user of a monitored alarm panel to obtain a local alarm permit. Please be sure to check with your local police authorities if there are any laws concerning alarm permits for your system location.

Your 24/7 Central Station account can be placed on Test Mode at any time by calling in or by using your App. This allows you to trigger your alarm system and send signals to the central station without action from operators.

1. To display all current trouble alerts, tap the Trouble Alert icon. 2. View the listed trouble events. 3. After viewing the trouble events, tap Ok to acknowledge. This action silences the alert beeps.

If there are open sensors when you try to arm the system remotely, the system announces the current status and asks: “To bypass sensors and arm, press pound.” 1 To bypass all open sensors and arm the system, press #. After the open sensors are bypassed, the system arms in the mode you selected and announces the system status to you.

1. Ensure the panel is disarmed. 2. Remove the set screw on the bottom of the motion detector. 3. Remove the cover. 4. Wait 15–20 seconds. 5. Replace the cover and set screw, making sure the screw is secure.

Use this key when you want to arm your system with one or more zones intentionally unprotected. The system must be disarmed first. 4 Digit Security Code + 6 Bypass + Zone Numbers (ex. 05, 10)

Disarm the panel twice.
